Recreational Sports requires submission of a completed cancellation form 30 days prior to the first of the month that you would like your locker and gym membership terminated. You can cancel by filling out a Cancellation Form on the Recreational Sports website (see link below). 4-month and 12-month memberships may not be cancelled after purchase.
