Memberships are non-refundable, except for medical and health conditions, deployment, or extraneous circumstances. Money is refunded by the same method that payment was made (for instance, if you paid with a Visa card, your refund will be posted to the same Visa card). The rental of the lockers and these Terms & Conditions are governed under and by the laws of the State of Washington. The parties consent and agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute or claim relating to the rental and/or use of the lockers and/or locker facility, whether in contract, tort, or any other area of the law, shall be in Seattle, Washington. 

Clean/dirty lockers normally have two or three parts within the locker. One part is meant for dirty or clothes that are worn, and the other side for clean clothes. These lockers are meant for hospitals or other medical workplaces where it is useful to keep work and personal clothes apart to reduce the risk of infection. These lockers are also useful for factories where work clothes can become dirty and it can be very useful to keep them apart from personal clothes.
Towel Service is available to purchase throughout the year at a cost of $4/month or $16/Semester. Please see the Service Center to purchase Towel Service. The Service Center accepts cash (bills no larger than $20), Ram Cash, credit (visa/mastercard), and check (with valid driver's license). Towel Service can only be purchased through payroll deduction if purchased in conjunction with and for the same length as a locker or membership. This service allows you to check out up to three full size shower towels at one time.

Recreational Sports offers a variety of spaces available for open recreation use. Open recreation is defined as use of existing equipment and facility spaces for self-directed activities by individuals or small groups of no more than 4 individuals at any given time.  Open recreation participants must adhere to all facility policies and procedures which includes allowing other participants to join in the activity or use of the space. Participation in open recreation is not structured, organized or teams/groups of 5 or more. Events or activities for groups of 5 or more which require use of a space must be scheduled and approved in advance by Recreational Sports staff.  Any activity (by individuals or groups) which includes coaching/instruction or music/amplified sound must also be scheduled and approved in advance by Recreational Sports staff.  Please see our Facility Rental page for more information.
With traditional package delivery, staff members typically spend a lot of time logging and organizing deliveries. These packages end up taking up valuable floor space and could remain there for a long time if a recipient forgets to pick it up or can't retrieve it during regular office hours. If packages are delivered to the recipient's door, there is the risk of the package being stolen or lost. Most residents would undoubtedly prefer a delivery system with tracking and security measures to keep their items visible at all times even if they're away from home. Lastly, it can be difficult to impossible to store perishable items that need to be refrigerated until the recipient can pick them up. But with meal kit and grocery delivery, this need is only going to increase.
I agree with the suggestion about shipping your skis and boots, especially if you are not going to be using them after the Vail portion of your trip. Are you staying in LA for awhile or just making a connection there? If you are staying at a hotel in LA perhaps you could talk to them about having your equipment shipped there and stored as most hotels do have some sort of luggage storage facility. Hikers on the Appalachian Trail often ship supplies to US post offices that are in towns easily accessible to the trail so they don't have to carry everything with them. A lot will depend on your actual itinerary and whether you are stopping over in LA or just making a connection. You'll likely need to do some research and maybe think outside the box. I know it's always much nicer to ski on equipment you are used to but renting might end up being your best bet and the least hassle.

Reserve your locker online and bring your confirmation email and valid state issued ID. When you’ve entered the festival, check in at the Festival Lockers tent located on the festival map. Once checked in, you will receive two wristbands with your locker combination. You can access your locker anytime you want throughout the show. Lockers are 12″ wide, 12″ tall, and 18″ deep, providing adequate room for all your stuff.

Sloping tops: while most lockers have flat tops, some manufacturers offer the option of sloping tops to their range of lockers. The slope may be of either 30 degrees or 45 degrees to the horizontal, sloping towards the front, and the purpose of this is to make it impossible to store items on top of the lockers, or to make it harder for dust or other debris to accumulate there. This is an important factor in places like food-processing factories or restaurants where hygiene requirements must be met.

There have been incidents at night where there have been brawls or loud arguments happening at 3, 4 a.m. waking people up.
